| Protecting Your Project Areas |
Not only does a work area require protection from paint and other products, equipment and foot traffic, but it also requires us to utilize the proper material for the specific area. Areas with heavy foot traffic need more than just paper and plain tape. Delicate surfaces such as cabinets or newly finished flooring require premium delicate tape to protect the integrity of those surfaces. We utilize all premium materials accordingly -- tape, paper, plastic, drop cloths and other coverings to ensure your home furnishings, work areas and all other vulnerable surfaces are thoroughly protected.
Different variations of tape are crucial to masking various surfaces off efficiently.
| Preparing Your Surfaces |
All of the surface areas that are to be worked on require specific prep work unique to the surface and surrounding areas. Wood, concrete, drywall, plastic and metal are to receive their own personalized systematic prep phases. This means addressing blemishes, prominent nail holes, fissures, cracks, splits, gauges, bumps, fading, peeling, cracking and all other cosmetic matters, per the clients request and upholding our highest standards.

Prep Work needs to be tackled with a systematic process. Different areas require different approaches.
| PRESSURE WASHING |
Most of our exterior projects always start with a good ol' fashioned shower! The exterior is pressure washed to eliminate any excess dirt, debris, grime and residue from paint oxidation. This is a crucial step for proper saturation, adhesion and curing of your exterior paint. Not to mention, those wasp nests tenants need to be evicted!
Prep Work Makes the Dream Work!
Any raw areas, whether wood, metal, stucco, drywall etc. always gets spot primed first before paint. This ensures that there will NOT be any future peeling.

There is an old saying that states prep work isn't half the battle, it's 75% and your paint is 25%. Meaning the more detailed and efficient you are with your prepping process, the better the outcome for your paint and final finish. Your paint job will not only look that much better, but you'll be that much more efficient while applying final coats.
