• All exterior work receives a pressure wash to eliminate excess dirt, debris, and oxidation residue. This will ensure all paint applied will adhere and cure properly.

• Next is prep work and masking. Protecting all vulnerable areas like windows, concrete, areas not being painted and safetly removing exterior obstructions such as lawn furniture, patio decor and plants.

• Prep work will commence utilizing scraping, sanding, caulking and spot priming. This will address all cosmetics, such as splits, cracks, fissures, protruding nails, wood rot replacement, chipping & peeling paint.

• Depending on the clients needs, we may either brush and roll or spray the exterior. Generally, we opt for airless spraying all exterior "body" for its efficiency, followed by a two-coat brush and roll of the trim work.

• Our last phase is a thorough clean up, final touch up and walk through with our clients to ensure complete satisfaction and that all essential needs were met.
